Dr. Rastegar’s interest in women’s health could be evidenced as early as a prize-winning study of the effect of birth control pills on women’s health.

Following college, Dr. Rastegar spent two years at UCSF, involved in clinical researchon pulmonary disease. She then attended Case Western School of Medicine, in Cleveland, Ohio, where she did her clinical rotations at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. While in medical school, Dr. Rastegar received an award for her community outreach project on fish consumption in pregnancy. Dr. Coe was born and raised in Orange County, California until the age of 12 when she moved with her family to Montana. After graduating high school, she returned to Southern California where she–a first-generation college student–worked full-time to fund her education in the pursuit of becoming a physician. She has always been an avid athlete, paddling for 10 years on the Dana Point outrigger canoe team throughout her undergraduate education and running, swimming, and biking throughout medical school and residency. After finally mastering her chosen field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she worked in private practice in Newport Beach, CA until her second child was born, after which she reduced her practice to surgery assisting in order to spend more time with her family. When her mother suffered a permanent spinal cord injury from a horse accident, she put her career on hold and moved to Montana to be near her parents. She raised her children between Whitefish, Montana and London, England. This time spent collecting adventures and memories with her children is priceless to her. With both children now in college, she was able to return to private practice in Newport Beach, CA to re-engage with her life-long passion and commitment to collaborating with women to meet their healthcare goals and live empowered lives. She has worked tirelessly towards her re-entry process and developing her private practice goals. She has survived many expected and unexpected transitions in life and overcoming these challenges has inspired her to be a brave advocate for empowering women to take charge of the factors that influence their health and overall wellness. Hello! I am Nidhee Sachdev, MD, a double board-certified and fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologist and infertility expert.

I have had the opportunity to train at some of the most prestigious and diverse medical programs in the country, including fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the New York University (NYU) Langone Fertility Center in New York City, where I conducted research on preimplantation genetic screening (PGS). At Valencia Center for Women’s Health, Dr. Navid Navizadeh is a leading provider of women’s health services including obstetrics and gynecology. Patients throughout the Valencia, California area, can receive services such as fetal testing, family planning, minimally invasive procedures, genetic counseling, gynecological cancers screening, laparoscopic surgery, 4D/3D ultrasounds, hysteroscopy, and pelvic reconstruction as well as care for infertility, menopause, urinary incontinence, and osteoporosis.

Dr. Navizadeh is the founder and medical director of Valencia Center for Women’s Health. He received his undergraduate degree in genetics and molecular biology at the University of California. Dr. Navizadeh completed a comprehensive research fellowship in molecular and cell biology at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). He further expanded his research experience at the University of Southern California’s School of Medicine, where he obtained his medical degree.

At the USC School of Medicine, Dr. Navizadeh had the chance to work on innovative research projects in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, endocrinology, infertility, and ultrasound imaging. He investigated the effects of seizure disorders and the treatment programs in pregnancy. Dr. Navizadeh was awarded the Pacific Coast Fertility Society’s award in Estrogen research.

Dr. Navizadeh completed an internship in Obstetrics at the Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He continued his residency at Mount Sinai-Maimonides Medical Center in New York. In obstetrics, his group’s work in ultrasonography to predicate preterm labor was published and received several awards. In the area of infertility and endocrinology, Dr. Navizadeh's works contributed to the understanding of the effects of an embryo’s size and quality in the process of in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Navizadeh completed the prestigious Galloway fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. There, he had the opportunity to advance his surgical skills in complex gynecological operations in addition to learning the latest laparoscopic and endoscope techniques.

Dr. Navizadeh has also expanded his interest to urogynecology and pelvic surgery. In southern California, he pioneered the use of the new Transopturator Sling procedure for treating female urinary incontinence.
