Sarah is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, originally from Birmingham, AL. She obtained her first Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience/Psychology from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. During her time there, she underwent emergency medical technician training and continued to pursue her passion for healthcare. After graduating, she worked as a medical assistant at a private OB/GYN clinic in Washington, DC, where her interest in women’s healthcare blossomed. Sarah then earned her second Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Emory University, gaining valuable experience as a registered nurse in both fertility and psychiatric settings. She furthered her education by completing her Masters of Science in Nursing at Emory University, specializing in Women’s Health.

Anna Barbieri, MD, is a double board-certified gynecologist and integrative medicine physician, as well as a specialist in menopause medicine. Dr. Marjon Mobasseri grew up in Ohio and graduated from Case Western Reserve University where she studied Biomedical Engineering. She earned her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine, after which she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.

After graduating from Brown University with a degree in neuroscience, Dr. Migotsky conducted research in maternal/child health and perinatal epidemiology with the Rhode Island Department of Health. Shira Plonka is a board certified Genetic Counselor at ROSH Maternal Fetal Medicine. Additionally, she is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC); she earned her Master of Science in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Prior to receiving her master’s, Shira received an honors degree in psychology and social work from University of Waterloo. Shira has held internships in many of New York City’s top hospitals, acquiring a broad exposure to many disciplines and specialties, including cancer and pediatric genetics.
Shira focuses on preconception and prenatal genetic counseling: carrier screening, prenatal genetic screening and diagnostic testing.
