Chunhua Lu, MD, PhD, brings a wealth of expertise to the Center for Women’s Health. She is honored and excited to assist all women of all ages in Sugar Land and Richmond, Texas, to enhance their health and wellness.
Dr. Lu began her educational journey at the Peking University Health Science Center in Beijing, China, where she earned both MD and Ph.D. degrees. She then completed Ob/Gyn residency training and worked as an attending physician at the third hospital of Peking University. Dr. Lu then moved to Houston to pursue her postdoctoral research fellowship training, initially at the breast cancer center at Baylor College of Medicine and subsequently at the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center. After this Dr. Lu decided to go back to her first love, which was direct patient care, specializing in women’s health. Dr. Lu completed Ob/Gyn residency training at the McGovern Medical School in Houston and Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. Dr. Lu enjoys combining both her clinical expertise and in-depth academic knowledge of her specialty to provide individualized and compassionate care to women of all ages. Her clinical interests include prenatal care for both low and high-risk pregnancies, and comprehensive gynecological care spanning preventive, diagnostic and treatment services, this includes minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic surgery, office procedures, infertility, and menopausal symptom management, et al. Dr. Leibman began his medical education in South Africa where he received his medical degree and a master’s degree in neurophysiology. A Texas native, Dr. Hienaman earned an undergraduate degree in medical technology at the University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her medical degree at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. Dr. Hienaman then relocated to Houston to finish a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital, which is affiliated with the University of Texas Medical School.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Hienaman spends her free moments exploring classic car shows, enjoying the outdoors, and attending local fairs and festivals.
Todd Holt, MD, FACOG, follows in the tradition set by his father, the founder of Women's Health Care Center of Houston, by providing the highest quality of care to women. Specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Holt joined the practice, which has two locations in Houston, Texas, in 2005.
As a Houston native, he is not only thrilled to have practiced with his father in his hometown but also uses his expertise to provide minimally invasive surgery and a range of gynecology and obstetrics services.
Dr. Holt holds a business administration degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where he remained to complete his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Holt served as chief resident in his senior year.
Dr. Holt went on to achieve board-certification in obstetrics and gynecology. He also has met the criteria necessary to be named a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a mark of proficiency as an OB/GYN.
When he’s not attending to the needs of patients, Dr. Holt enjoys spending his free time fishing and sailing.
