“Dr. Pham is amazing! However, the staff at the Pomona location gave me lots of trouble. I called to make an appointment, and when I came, I was told there was no appointment for me. The staff did not submit it through. I took the day off of work to make time for this appointment, but the office manager had a “that’s not my problem” attitude, although it was the fault of the office, not mine! She would not let me in for the day. I left and I ended up called the Ontario location and rescheduling my appointment.”

“I am so glad I decided to go to Dr. Tzeng. He was very sensitive, kind and funny. I was nervous about the visit because I was very worried about my situation. He immediately put me at ease. He explained what was happening and why. At the end of the exam, he had me meet him in his office so he could show me exactly what is happening and also to tell me my options. I left feeling relaxed and so glad to have answers. The office staff was friendly and professional. A good combination. ”
