Dr. Bradley-Amore's career as an ObGyn was inspired by her personal experience with endometriosis and the care she received from an adolescent ObGyn as a teenager. Her passion led her to pursue a Master's in Science at Tufts University after graduating from Davidson College. She then worked as a bench scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital and graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as chief resident during her residency at Osceola Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Bradley-Amore enjoys all aspects of ObGyn care and excels at minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, treating menopause, and helping patients choose the best contraceptive option for them, including sterilization.

Erin Manglardi, MD, MPH, is an OB/GYN practicing at Premier OB-GYN, located in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is overjoyed to return to work in her hometown.
Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can. They love watching their boys grow up in the place they both have always called home.

Dorothy Bestoyong, DO, brings a wealth of experience to the team at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is excited to serve patients throughout Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida.
Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida.
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident.
Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. During her time in residency, she received certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, as well as the Da Vinci Robotic System. She is also passionate about wellness in residency training and the medical field.

LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. As an obstetrician, she provides comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. As a gynecologist, she offers many in-office and operative gynecology services, including Pap smears, well-woman exams, STD screenings, colposcopies, menopause care, ovarian cyst management, and hysterectomies.
Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Warren is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, and a medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida Shands Health Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Tram Phan, DO, is a compassionate obstetrician and gynecologist at Contemporary Women’s Care. She sees patients at the Winter Park, Florida, location. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, and she can also speak basic Spanish.
Dr. Phan was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She moved to Orlando when she was four, and she started in kindergarten right here, in Winter Park. She completed her undergraduate degree with honors in Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida. She then attended medical school at LECOM in Bradenton, FL.
Dr. Phan had the wonderful opportunity to serve the community that raised her through her OB/GYN residency with the University of Central Florida in Kissimmee. During her residency, she obtained her certifications in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and Da Vinci Robotic Surgery. She was also given the residency award for Excellence in Clinical and Compassionate Care multiple years in a row. She is very excited to continue serving her community in her hometown.

Dr. Elbadri was born in San Antonio, Cuba. She moved to Miami as a young child, where she discovered her love of all things Florida. She then moved to Gainesville, where she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida. There she found a wonderful community of friends and colleagues and stayed for medical school, graduating at the top of her class with honors. Dr. Elbadri remained as a triple gator for residency at UF with her husband, Samyr.

Alex Otto, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined Premier OB-GYN – which has locations in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida – in 2024. Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.
Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, mental health, and the female athlete.

Matthew Wollenschlaeger, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined the Premier Obstetrics and Gynecology team in 2020. He is proud to provide high-quality care to the women in our Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL locations.
Originally from Ocala, Florida, Dr. Wollenschlaeger attended undergraduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. He returned to Florida to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
Dr. Wollenschlaeger completed his medical degree at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He went on to complete his OB/GYN training at Orlando Health, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, where he was the Chief Quality Resident.

Rita Ellen Eye, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN physician who joined Premier OB-Gyn in 2014 and sees patients at her Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL offices. She is a physician/owner of Premier OB-Gyn and serves in leadership as a Medical Staff Officer (Secretary) Chair for AdventHealth Winter Park. She previously served as Section Chair for the Department of OB-Gyn at AdventHealth Winter Park. Dr. Eye was named as one of Orlando's Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for 2022 and 2023, and was named one of Orlando's Finest Doctors for 2024.
Dr. Eye is originally from Potosi, Missouri, a small town near St. Louis (and she remains a loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals!). She graduated from her high school as Valedictorian. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, earning her Biological Sciences degree while graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Dr. Anthony Gyang is Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology and Focused practice designated as a Minimally invasive gynecology surgery specialist (MIGS). He is fellowship trained in chronic pelvic pain management and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at his practice, Osceola Gynecology. Dr. Gyang is an expert in chronic pelvic pain, robotic, laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and reconstructive vaginal surgery.
Dr. Gyang has over a decade of experience with the use of robotic surgery to perform a hysterectomy, myomectomy, sacrocolpopexy, complex endometriosis procedures. Silpa Senchani, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women’s Health Specialists of Central Florida, with locations in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Longwood, and Orlando, Florida.
