John Scaffidi, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist and medical bariatrician (weight loss specialist) at Lehigh Valley Weight Loss in Allentown and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Dr. Scaffidi takes great pleasure in providing his patients with high-quality integrative care.
Dr. Scaffidi received his Bachelor’s in Science degree from Lehigh Valley’s (Allentown’s) prestigious Muhlenberg College with honors in biology and psychology. He was awarded a coveted membership into Psi Chi, the National Psychology Honor Society, in 1983.
Next, he accomplished a master’s program in Applied Human Physiology while participating in research with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
This was followed by medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) at their leading medical center, Cooper Hospital University Medical Center in Camden, where he obtained his medical degree again, with honors.
Dr. Scaffidi completed his Internship and Residency at the nationally recognized Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, in Livingston, New Jersey. He culminated his training by serving as chief resident.
During this time, he participated in research and published several papers on various topics concerning obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine. He also served as the state and national district III representative for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
Since then, Dr. Scaffidi has been in private practice committed to training other professionals by teaching doctors, residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students and nurses. He has been on staff at DeSales Unversity, King's College, Drexel University, and others.

Denise M. Pisatowski, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC in Flemington and Lebanon, New Jersey. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Pisatowski is genuinely passionate about her patients.
Dr. Pisatowski graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, with a bachelor’s in biology. She later completed her medical school training at Rutgers Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, and finished her OB/GYN residency training at Saint Peter’s Hospital in New Brunswick.

Manisha Abeysinghe, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with an additional board certification in anti-aging and regenerative medicine practicing at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, with locations in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two offices in Flemington, New Jersey. Dr. Abeysinghe has a diverse range of experience and expertise, taking special interests in minimally invasive surgery, general obstetrics, and health and wellness optimization.
Dr. Abeysinghe attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, for her undergraduate studies. For her medical education, she attended Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. Then, she completed her residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Shortly after she finished her residency, Dr. Abeysinghe moved to Singapore with her husband for his job. While she was there, she was a medical advisor and flight doctor for International SOS, the world’s largest medical assistance company. She also spent time in Singapore studying Ayurveda and other Eastern medicine techniques.

She stayed there for a residency at Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino Medical Center before moving to the United States for further residency training at Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey. Dr. Rubin attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1985. For medical school, he attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. There, he completed an honors research project in obstetrics and gynecology.
After finishing his schooling, Dr. Rubin returned to Philadelphia to complete his residency at the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been in practice since 1993, shortly after he finished his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Ardise attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC for her undergraduate education, where she graduated in 1995. For her pre-medical education, Dr. Goglia attended Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, as a Presidential scholar. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she moved to the Chicago, Illinois, area to attend Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. In 2011, Dr. Goglia completed her residency training in Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Grace Fimbel, MS, CNM, NP, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health. She is proud to provide compassionate care and patient education to her patients at Women’s Healthcare of Princeton in Princeton, New Jersey, where she joins the team in their mission to care for women at all stages of life in a safe and caring environment.
A Hunter College graduate, Grace earned a Master of Science in women’s health and midwifery from Columbia University School of Nursing in New York City. She has worked at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center in Greenwich Village, Planned Parenthood in Hamilton and Trenton, New Jersey, and most recently, at St. Peter’s University Hospital as a midwife.
A native of New York City, Grace now lives in New Jersey and is a mother of two adult children and a grandmother to one grandson. Outside of work, she loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
Adam Fechner, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN practicing at University Reproductive Associates in Hasbrouck Heights, Wayne, and Millburn, New Jersey. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Alecia Giovinazzo is a board certified doctor in obstetrics and gynecology. She did her residency in ob/gyn at Richmond University Medical Center hospital and started her own practice in 2005. She has professional experience in general ob/gyn, advanced laparoscopy, and high risk pregnancy. Dr. Giovinazzo has received awards for her efforts in clinical teaching and for her expertise in laparoscopic surgery. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, Center for Human Reproduction, and Richmond County Medical Society. Dr. Giovinazzo is also fluent in Spanish.
Our Physician Assistant, Michelle, has over 10 years of experience working in fields such as emergency medicine and intensive care until she specialized and excelled in obstetrics and gynecology oncology. She has worked in hospitals such as Coney Island Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, and New York University Medical Center. Michelle is a phenomenal addition to this exceptional staff.
