Dr. James "Jay" White is a dedicated OB/GYN at The Women's Group and strives to provide the highest quality of health care to patients throughout Pensacola, Florida. He has been practicing with The Women's Group since 2021.
Dr. White was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He then earned a law degree from the Louisiana State University Law Center. Dr. White practiced law for over five years in Pensacola before returning to school to pursue a career in medicine.
He received his medical degree in 2017 from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama. In 2021, he completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Dr. White enjoys a diverse OB/Gyn practice that allows him to care for his patients across all stages of their lives. His special interests include high risk obstetrical care and minimally invasive gynecological surgery using the daVinci robotic surgical system.
When he's not in the office, Dr. White enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to Katie — a Pensacola native — and they have three children.
Dr. Dina Navarro is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has been seeing patients of all ages at The Women’s Group in Pensacola, Florida since 2013.
Dr. Navarro attended The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences. She then attended New York University in New York City where she was a Masters of Science Candidate in Biology. Dr. Navarro earned her medical degree at Nova/Southeastern University of Health Sciences in Davie, Florida. Her internship was completed at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in Long Beach, New York where she was Chief Medical Intern. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine based at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Prior to joining The Women’s Group, she practiced in the Pace/Milton, Florida area for nearly 20 years.
Dr. Navarro is a past chair of the OB/Gyn Department at Sacred Heart Hospital and Santa Rosa Medical Center and has served on numerous hospital committees. She has been a Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Florida State University College of Medicine and a member of the Clinical Faculty for the OB/Gyn Residency Program. Dr. Navarro is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, the Escambia County Medical Society and the Healthy Start Coalition.
Dr. Navarro has a special interest in adolescent medicine and teaching and has done research in the past in developmental biology. She has privileges at Sacred Heart and Baptist Hospitals and performs some surgeries using the daVinci Surgical System. Dr. Navarro grew up in New York. She has a son, Dante, who graduated from the Johns Hopkins University and works in Biomedical Engineering. She enjoys camping, the beach, traveling, and live music.

Dr. Prafke was born in Chicago, Illinois. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1983 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in German in 1986 from the University of Illinois, Urbana. In 1990, she received her medical degree from the Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Prafke completed her residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1994. She practiced for six years in Riverside, Illinois before relocating to Pensacola and joining The Women's Group in September 2000.
She is the OB Gyn Clerkship Director for the Florida State University College of Medicine Regional Campus - Pensacola. She has been a clinical instructor for the FSU medical school, third year rotation in OB/Gyn since the inaugural class in 2003. Her ongoing interest in patient safety led her to the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy Online Master's Program for Health Care Professionals at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and she completed a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law in 2011. Dr. Prafke is a member of the Florida Medical Association and the President-elect of the Escambia County Medical Society.
As of January 1, 2025, Dr. Prafke will retire from private practice and will continue to teach for Florida State University College of Medicine, Pensacola Regional Campus.

Guinevere Redick, MD, is a Board Certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been practicing at The Women's Group in Pensacola, Florida since 2019. She was born in Alabama and has lived in the southeastern United States for most of her life. She received her undergraduate degree from Sewanee in Tennessee, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Philosophy.
Dr. Redick received her medical degree in 2015 from Mercer University School of Medicine. She completed her OB/Gyn Residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola in June 2019.
Dr. Redick enjoys photography and travel. She enjoys combining her passion for medicine, travel, women's health, and service via medical mission work, including gynecological surgery missions to the Philippines and Guatemala. She lives in Pensacola with her husband Jeff, and their Mini Australian Shepherd named Ari.
Dr. Sid Stuart, a Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician, has been practicing at The Women’s Group in Pensacola, Florida since 2001. His practice is now limited to gynecology services.
Dr. Stuart’s professional interests include office gynecology including menopausal management, prevention of osteoporosis, infertility and urinary incontinence, minimally invasive surgery for stress urinary incontinence, and all aspects of gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic and vaginal surgery.
Dr. Stuart performs surgeries using the daVinci Surgical System, a device that allows the physician to perform robotically assisted minimally invasive laparoscopic total hysterectomies through small incisions. This means a shorter hospital stay and recovery time and less pain and discomfort for the patient as compared to a traditional abdominal hysterectomy. Dr. Stuart performed the first robotically assisted hysterectomy at Sacred Heart and helped train the OR team to perform these surgeries. He is also a proctor for Intuitive Surgical, the manufacturer of the daVinci System, training other physicians to use the System. The daVinci System is available at Baptist and Ascension Sacred Heart Hospitals.
Dr. Stuart was born in Grosse Tete, Louisiana and grew up in New Orleans. He attended Jesuit High School and the University of New Orleans where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1973. He married Jeanne Marie Elmer, also of New Orleans, and they have four children and five grandchildren. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in 1979. Dr. Stuart completed a rotating internship at Lafayette Charity Hospital in 1980 and his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in 1983. Licensed to practice medicine in both Louisiana and Florida, he was certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1985.
He is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and has served as past chairman of the Louisiana section of the Junior Fellows of ACOG. He previously practiced at the West Florida Medical Center Clinic until he joined The Women’s Group in March 2001. Dr. Stuart has served on the Board of Trustees of West Florida Hospital and the Board of Directors at the Medical Center Clinic. Dr. Stuart was previously Medical Director of Women's Services at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola.
Dr. Stuart is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Florida State University College of Medicine.

Ana Antonetti, MD is a Board Certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been serving patients at The Women’s Group in Pensacola, FL since 2017.
Dr. Antonetti was raised in Pensacola, FL. She attended Florida State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Dr. Antonetti received her medical degree in 2011 from Saint Matthews University College of Medicine, Grand Cayman, Orlando, FL campus. She did a one-year residency rotation in Family Medicine at AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina prior to transferring to the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program with the University of Florida College of Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. She completed her OB and Gynecology Residency in June 2017. Dr. Antonetti was awarded the Best Research Project in the Division of OB/Gyn at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola, FL in 2016.
Dr. John Grammer is a Board Certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has been serving patients at The Women’s Group in Pensacola, Florida since 2001.
Dr. Grammer has served our community on the board of the Healthy Start Coalition as vice president from 1997-1998 and president from 1999-2000. Dr. Grammer is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Florida State University College of Medicine. He is the recipient of the FSUCOM 2014 Part-time Clinical Faculty Teaching Award in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Sacred Heart Hospital - Pensacola and the 2008 Mission Model Award for the Pensacola Regional Campus.

Dr. Eckert was born and raised in New Orleans. She attended the University of New Orleans where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Biology.
