Dr. Qadri did her residency at Beaumont Health – Dearborn, one of the leading health care systems in the state of Michigan. She won multiple awards in residency including the SMFM (Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine) award for excellence in Obstetric care, the SASGOG (Society of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology) award, best Intern in her class, and multiple CREOG achievement awards. She was also active in scholarly activities during her residency and led various initiatives for system-wide changes in the hospital. Her work was accepted in leading scientific journals and multiple research forums across the country including ACOG annual district and national meeting.
Dr. Qadri is a certified Da Vinci robotic surgeon in addition to being highly trained in all forms of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (including vaginal reconstructive surgery) and looks forward to using her skills for the betterment of her patients.

A native of Michigan, Dr. Grier received her Bachelor of Science in zoology from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, in 1997. She earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor in 2001. While in medical school, she was exposed to all fields of medicine. She realized the need for providers dedicated to gynecology and decided to pursue women’s health.
