Dr. Davison offers office and surgical gynecologic care for a wide range of benign gynecologic issues. She received her BA with distinction in all subjects from Cornell University and her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she was a member of the AOA honor society and received the Glasgow-Rubin achievement award given to women graduating at the top of their class. Dr. Davison received the Resident Achievement Award from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons upon graduation from her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Medical Center.
She has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and has published and presented in the areas of laparoscopy and the use of local anesthetic agents during particular office gynecologic procedures. Dr. Kenneth A. Levey completed both college and medical school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed his residency on Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2001 and his Masters in Public Health in 2001 at the George Washington University Medical Center. He has been a faculty member at the NYU Langone Medical Center since 2001. While at NYU, Dr. Levey founded the Bellevue Hospital chronic pelvic pain clinic where women with chronic pelvic pain continue to be treated. He is also the founder and Director of the NY Pelvic Pain and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery P.C. The group of subspecialty physicians focuses on unique multidisciplinary approaches to diagnose and manage women with chronic pelvic pain. This includes endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, interstitial cystitis, nerve entrapments, pelvic musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatologic disorder, gastrointestinal, female reproductive, and psychiatric disorders.
Dr. Levey is a well known expert in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Dr. Paula Brignoni-Blume provides health care services for women at SoHo Gynecology in New York City’s SoHo district. She completed her undergraduate degree at Union College in Schenectady, New York, then went on to earn her Master of Public Health and her medical degree from St. George’s University. Dr. Brignoni-Blume completed her OB/GYN residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island. As chief resident she was the recipient of the AAGL award for her laparoscopy skills.

Dena Harris, MD is a Board Certified Gynecologist and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy specialist currently concentrating her practice in chronic sexual, vulvar, and pelvic pain, as well as general, adolescent and menopausal gynecology. She was a medical pioneer, as the first OB/GYN in the SOHO area and also one of the first female OB/GYNs in private practice in New York City. After becoming partners with Dr. Deborah Coady in 1980, she co-founded SOHO OB/GYN women’s health care center.
She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972, and received her medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College (now part of Drexel University) in 1976. Perla Tate, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Vantage Medical Associates, P.C., which has locations in the Bergen Beach, Coney Island, Williamsburg, and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods in Brooklyn, the Far Rockaway neighborhood in Queens, and Brentwood and Babylon, New York. Edan Yodfat, MD is a board-certified and fellow-trained physician in obstetrics and gynecology at Boro Park OB/GYN in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Yodfat provides comprehensive women’s services and is highly trained in complex gynecological procedures like Essure® permanent birth control, assisting vaginal births following a C-section (VBAC), and performing hysterectomies and other laparoscopic surgeries.

Rebekah Korine graduated from the NYU Nursing Program and the SUNY Downstate Midwifery Education Program, where she received both the Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Rebekah worked as a nurse in the Labor and Delivery Unit at Maimonides Medical Center while attending midwifery school. Rebekah began her midwifery career at the Williamsburg office of Boro Park OB/GYN in 2005. Rebekah has been providing exceptional care at Boro Park OB/GYN for the past ten years, and she thoroughly enjoys working with the diverse community of Brooklyn.
Jen Wilen saw her first birth as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa nearly 20 years ago and knew then that she wanted to become a midwife. After the Peace Corps, Jen got her Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She then spent a decade working in global health and women's rights, spending much of that time overseas. She later obtained both her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters in Midwifery from Columbia University. Prior to joining Boro Park, Jen worked as a Certified Nurse Midwife at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn. Jen speaks both Spanish and French and loves caring for women and babies from all of the wonderfully diverse communities that call Brooklyn their home.
Dr. Shira Alter received her medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Ramat Gan, Israel. She completed her residency in OB/GYN at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Alter previously was a faculty physician at Sheba Medical Center and a regional health specialist at Maccabi Health Center in Israel.
