Dr. Kevin Jovanovic, a board-certified surgeon in Obstetrics and Gynecology, is trained in the newest and most advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy surgical techniques. After graduating from Brown University with a degree in neuroscience, Dr. Migotsky conducted research in maternal/child health and perinatal epidemiology with the Rhode Island Department of Health. He received his medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Then he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. Daniel F. Shira Plonka is a board certified Genetic Counselor at ROSH Maternal Fetal Medicine. Additionally, she is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC); she earned her Master of Science in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Prior to receiving her master’s, Shira received an honors degree in psychology and social work from University of Waterloo. Shira has held internships in many of New York City’s top hospitals, acquiring a broad exposure to many disciplines and specialties, including cancer and pediatric genetics.
