He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. After graduating, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and awarded a full scholarship through the Federal Health Professions Scholarship Program to attend CCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Keeler completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

During his academic years, he received numerous teaching awards, including the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center Award for Humanism and Excellence in Teaching. Following his fellowship training, Dr. Keeler served four years active duty as a Lieutenant Commander at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth as the Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After his activity duty was complete, Dr. Keeler was awarded the prestigious Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for distinguishing himself with meritorious service to our country.

Dr. Keeler has a strong interest in clinical research in preterm labor and cervical insufficiency. He has authored seventeen original manuscripts and two book chapters on the topic. Mary Khine, MD, FACOG, is a perinatologist at Desert Perinatal Associates in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Khine is one of the newest members to join the DPA family, and she is looking forward to building new relationships with families in the community. 

Dr. Khine is originally from New Jersey but she relocated to Nevada. She has decades of experience in providing care to families of all backgrounds and holds board certifications in maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology.

For her medical education, she attended Jefferson Medical College. Following her studies, she went on to complete her obstetrics residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she was awarded a fellowship with Yale University.  

While Dr. Khine was residing in New Jersey, she worked for a large hospital that specialized in maternal-fetal medicine for many years. During her time there, she also served on several committees and was the medical director of ultrasound services.
