 Dr. Candance is a caring provider who brings over a dozen years of experience and state-of-the-art patient care in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.  She served her residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL and worked at the University of Illinois and Swedish American Hospital, before moving to Henderson, NV and calling it home in 2015. 

Dr. Candance is passionate about her practice and caring for her patients.  Her approach is simple:  patients first.   Listen, learn, and understand what brought the patient in and how to best serve them.

During his sales visits, Stearns engaged in conversations with a variety of patients in waiting rooms. These interactions, both intriguing and enlightening, uncovered a common desire among patients for a better level of health. They expressed their individual health concerns and aspirations for a more fulfilling life, seeking guidance to achieve these goals. Rebecca Tyre, MD has been practicing in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas since 1994 after completing her residency training in OB/GYN at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She earned her medical degree in 1990 from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and became board certified in OB/GYN in 1996. Guy A. Torres earned his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Kansas College of Health Sciences and Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas and completed his residency in OB/GYN at St. Joseph Hospital/ Creighton University Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. After graduating, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and awarded a full scholarship through the Federal Health Professions Scholarship Program to attend CCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Keeler completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

During his academic years, he received numerous teaching awards, including the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center Award for Humanism and Excellence in Teaching. Following his fellowship training, Dr. Keeler served four years active duty as a Lieutenant Commander at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth as the Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After his activity duty was complete, Dr. Keeler was awarded the prestigious Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for distinguishing himself with meritorious service to our country.

Dr. Keeler has a strong interest in clinical research in preterm labor and cervical insufficiency. He has authored seventeen original manuscripts and two book chapters on the topic. She completed her medical education at the University of Texas at Houston, followed by a residency at the Methodist Hospital in Houston. To further her expertise, she pursued an fellowship at the University of Minnesota, where she honed her skills in maternal-fetal medicine. Mary Khine, MD, FACOG, is a perinatologist at Desert Perinatal Associates in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Khine is one of the newest members to join the DPA family, and she is looking forward to building new relationships with families in the community. 

Dr. Khine is originally from New Jersey but she relocated to Nevada. She has decades of experience in providing care to families of all backgrounds and holds board certifications in maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology.

For her medical education, she attended Jefferson Medical College. Following her studies, she went on to complete her obstetrics residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she was awarded a fellowship with Yale University.
