She served her residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL and worked at the University of Illinois and Swedish American Hospital, before moving to Henderson, NV and calling it home in 2015.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Staci McHale is a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN who takes pride in giving personalized care. Her approach is deeply rooted in getting to know her patients as individuals and she considers it a privilege to be part of their most significant life moments. She believes in spending ample time with her patients and encourages active participation in decision-making regarding their care. Having shared in the births of more than 8,000 babies, Dr. McHale finds immense joy and satisfaction in her career.
Dr. McHale’s journey into medicine began in college as an emergency room technician where she discovered her passion for healthcare. This passion led her to medical school where she was drawn to women’s health. It provided an opportunity for her to care for patients over their lifespan, build lasting connections with them, celebrate with them, support them through difficult times, and offer educated solutions to their medical issues.
While delivering babies initially captivated her, the evolving field of gynecologic surgery and treatments solidified her choice to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology as a specialty. She became robotics-certified after fifteen years of practice and is currently studying to become a menopause-certified practitioner (MSCP), with plans to sit for the exam in October 2024.
Recognized for her experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, Dr. McHale consistently delivers quality care to those with complicated conditions. She also has a special interest in helping women navigate the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering unique expertise honed over years of practice.
Dr. McHale is active in medical association leadership, serving as the president of the Clark County Medical Society from 2021-2022 as well as other leadership roles for the past decade. In 2021, she was awarded the Community Service Award from the Nevada State Medical Association for leading the “Mask A Hero” project during the COVID-19 pandemic. An associate faculty member for the Sunrise Health Consortium GME program, she has trained more than 25 future family practice physicians at Southern Hills Hospital since 2021.
Dr. McHale has been practicing in Southern Nevada since 2008, following her medical education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and residency at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
Having spent her clinical years in El Paso, TX, Dr. McHale is proficient in medical Spanish.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. McHale and her husband, Tim, enjoy RV adventures, boating at Lake Mead, and participating in the St. Jude Marathon Weekend in support of their niece Scout, a brain cancer survivor. They are proud pet parents to two cats and love spending time with their five nieces and nephews. Dr. McHale also enjoys reading mystery novels, learning about wine, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.
Dr. McHale is originally from central Texas, and went to medical school at Texas Tech University. She then moved to Pennsylvania for residency, and met her husband there. They decided to move west after she finished residency, and Las Vegas was the perfect match for them! She was employed by a group practice for four years, and started her own practice, WHASN Sunset Valley, in January 2013. In her time outside of her practice, Dr. McHale enjoys curling up with a good book, exploring the many wonderful culinary opportunities that Las Vegas has to offer, and learning about the art of winemaking.

“I had been a patient of Dr. McHale I think for about two years until today. Prior to switching to Dr. McHale I went to her P.A. Celeste and it was such a terrible experience. Today was a nightmare as have been the days leading up. I was scheduled for my original appointment on Friday July, 19th, I had received a text message in the early morning saying she wasn't going to be able to make it as she was delivering a baby...I rescheduled it for Monday July, 22nd, I was late for work all to be told again she was delivering a baby and that I'd have to reschedule...I made my third and final appointment for today (Wednesday, July 23rd) my appointment time was at 11:15a, fast forward it is now 12:15p and I still haven't been called while I see so many others being called before me who checked in after, I went and spoke to someone, he was the office manager, and first and foremost why is a MAN an office manager at a women's care facility when they don't understand these check up's at all...make it make sense...I lost my temper with him and started arguing and saying that it is ridiculous and an inconvenience that I have to miss two days of work for their lack of consistency and promptness to their "patients" and he didn't seem to care which pissed me off even more and all he kept saying was I can reschedule you and I began to sit there and argue some more and demanded I get taken back and see the doctor immediately. He ended up getting Celeste to assist me after I threw a fit and the appointment took just 5 minutes. It's unbelievable that I waited longer to be taken back. This place is a shit show and they clearly need assistance.”

She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and completed her medical school and
residency training at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
She is a decorated military veteran who served her country during Operation Desert Storm and again, during Operation Enduring Freedom at Walter Reed Medical Center in DC. Todd Stearns embarked on his journey in the healthcare field after completing his service in the U.S. military. He initially worked in sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Concurrently, he dedicated his time as a volunteer, first as an orderly in a psychiatric care unit and later as a medical technician at a hospital in Washington D.C. During his sales visits, Stearns engaged in conversations with a variety of patients in waiting rooms. These interactions, both intriguing and enlightening, uncovered a common desire among patients for a better level of health. They expressed their individual health concerns and aspirations for a more fulfilling life, seeking guidance to achieve these goals. These experiences sowed the seeds for what would later become Arc-1 Metrics, showcasing Stearns' commitment to enhancing healthcare through understanding and addressing patient needs.
Guy A. Torres earned his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Kansas College of Health Sciences and Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas and completed his residency in OB/GYN at St. Joseph Hospital/ Creighton University Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Torres has been practicing in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas since 1991 and founded Green Valley OB/GYN in 1998. He specializes in laporoscopic surgeries. Donald L. Roberts, MD, FACOG, has offered his expertise in perinatal care to women who have high-risk pregnancies for more than 20 years. Dr. Roberts completed his bachelor of science degree at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and practiced general obstetrics and gynecology in Las Vegas for two years before pursuing his passion in helping care for women with high-risk pregnancies. Joseph Adashek, MD, FACOG, is rated by U.S. News & World Report as being among the top 1% of physicians in the nation practicing in the field of Perinatology. An award-winning and widely published physician, Dr. Adashek received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles and his Doctor of Medicine from Penn State College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University in Chicago and was awarded a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of California Irvine.
Dr. Adashek has served in many hospital leadership positions and is currently the Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Southern Hills Hospital. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and serves as an instructor at Touro University.
Dr. Adashek has been named as a “Top Doctor” for multiple years in a row by numerous publications including U.S. News & World Report, Desert Companion, and Las Vegas Life. In 2015, the Las Vegas HEALS organization awarded him the Inspired Excellence in Healthcare Award, and in 2016 he and his wife Sharon were honored by Planned Parenthood for outstanding work with women.

Sean Keeler, MD, FACOG, provides his expertise in perinatal medicine to women living in and around Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, at Desert Perinatal Associates. Dr. Keeler is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. After graduating, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and awarded a full scholarship through the Federal Health Professions Scholarship Program to attend CCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Keeler completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
During his academic years, he received numerous teaching awards, including the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center Award for Humanism and Excellence in Teaching. Following his fellowship training, Dr. Keeler served four years active duty as a Lieutenant Commander at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth as the Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After his activity duty was complete, Dr. Keeler was awarded the prestigious Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for distinguishing himself with meritorious service to our country.
Dr. Keeler has a strong interest in clinical research in preterm labor and cervical insufficiency. He has authored seventeen original manuscripts and two book chapters on the topic. He serves the community by supporting the March of Dimes and the Promise Walk for Preeclampsia. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the Unforgettables Foundation of Southern Nevada.
Mary Khine, MD, FACOG, is a perinatologist at Desert Perinatal Associates in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Khine is one of the newest members to join the DPA family, and she is looking forward to building new relationships with families in the community.
Dr. Khine is originally from New Jersey but she relocated to Nevada. She has decades of experience in providing care to families of all backgrounds and holds board certifications in maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology.
For her medical education, she attended Jefferson Medical College. Following her studies, she went on to complete her obstetrics residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she was awarded a fellowship with Yale University.
While Dr. Khine was residing in New Jersey, she worked for a large hospital that specialized in maternal-fetal medicine for many years. During her time there, she also served on several committees and was the medical director of ultrasound services.
At Desert Perinatal Associates, Dr. Khine takes great pride in caring for her patients and enjoys being a part of a very special time in a woman’s life. While being an exciting time, it’s also a nerve-wracking and anxious experience. She has a natural gift for finding calm in the storm and providing compassionate care that helps reassure her patients.
Sameer Gopalani MD MSc FACOG is board certified in OBGYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine. He has been a practicing Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist for more than 20 years, and enjoys taking care of patients who are facing their unique challenges and difficult journeys on their path to having a healthy baby. Dr Gopalani did his OBGYN residency at Magee Womens Hospital/UPMC in Pittsburgh PA and fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine and obtained a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Washington in Seattle. He prides himself on his attention to detail, and works hard to make sure nothing is missed, and that patients receive the best care possible. In his free time he enjoys food/gastronomy, reading, enjoying nature, and spending time with close friends and family.
