She then pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship and Master of Science in biomedical sciences at the University Of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Jacob Aja, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who joined the practice in 2021. He completed his undergraduate training at Boise State University. He then went on to earn his Masters in Physicians Assistant studies in 2007. He began his career in orthopedics but developed a love for Dermatology which guided him to join Charles County Dermatology. He is an active member of AAPA and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss and other dermatologic problems. He is also trained to perform cosmetic procedures.

Meghan Lainoff, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Charles County Dermatology Associates in 2024. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Virginia. Meghan's journey into Dermatology began over a decade ago when she worked as a Medical Assistant while earning her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from George Mason University.

In 2018, Meghan completed her master's in physician assistant studies at Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia and has since gained valuable clinical and procedural experience working in interventional Pulmonology and Neurosurgery. Board-certified OB/GYN Roy Khoury, MD, FACOG has extensive training in overall women’s health and modern gynecological surgery. He’s currently accepting new patients at Capital Women’s Care.

Dr. Khoury completed both his undergraduate degree and medical degree from Saint Joseph University in Philadelphia. He went through his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.

To further his expertise, Dr. Khoury then completed advanced training in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques through the Johnson & Johnson Institute/Ethicon Endosurgery (EES) fellowship program. He’s also a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Khoury continues to be involved in medical teaching and education. Throughout his career, Dr. Khoury has received numerous awards and was even recognized as the Best Teaching Educator at Holy Cross Hospital. He currently serves as an assistant clinical professor at The George Washington University and president of the medical executive committee at the Maryland Surgery Center for Women.
