Caroline Paster graduated from the Midwifery Education Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she received the Spirit of Midwifery Award along with Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Caroline received her Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University and completed a post-baccalaureate at New York University. Caroline previously worked as a midwife at Coney Island Hospital servicing a diverse population of patients. She was recently awarded the 2016 Outstanding Preceptor Award from the American College of Nurse Midwives. Caroline thoroughly enjoys her work in obstetrics and gynecology and is also involved in training student midwives.
Nargiza Gapparova is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in gynecology and women’s health. She earned her master’s degree in science at the Long Island University in 2021. Ms. Gapparova provides the best and most gentle care to women of all ages. Under the supervision of board-certified gynecologist, Dr. Apig J. Mosses, Ms. Gapparova offers an array of services ranging from annual GYN exams, abnormal pap smears, sexually transmitted diseases, urinary tract infections, and much more. Kristen Born, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Tru Medical in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Kristen initially began her education at Bucknell University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then continued to Drexel University, where she obtained her Master of Health Sciences – Physician Assistant (PA). Throughout her career as a PA, Kristen has worked in pediatrics, internal medicine, and sexual and reproductive health. Kristen’s true passion is sexual and reproductive health, and she is thrilled to be working as a sexual and reproductive health/gynecology provider at Tru Medical.

Edward Chan, MD, of Mott Women Healthcare is a compassionate and diligent OB/GYN serving the Chinatown community of New York City. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Chan has more than 20 years of experience as a physician, allowing him to provide expert care to his patients.
Dr. Chan began his medical education in Illinois, where he received his medical degree from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He then traveled to New York to complete his internship and residency at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Center. Mohamed Esiely, MD is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist serving the Hoboken community at his practice Health Wise Women in New Jersey.
Before immigrating to the United States, Dr. Esiely was a physician in Egypt where he received his medical degree from Cairo University. As an attending physician, he focused his skills on keeping students knowledgeable as they studied, lectured, and traveled the world.
In the United States, Dr. Esiely completed his residency at New York’s Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He became a certified practitioner of the da Vinci® surgical system in 2012, a robotic system used to perform minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Dr. Esiely established Health Wise Women in 2010. In his more than 20 years practicing medicine, he has received numerous awards, including the Laparoscopic Surgery Award and Resident Award for Excellence in Teaching. The Egyptian Ministry of Health also selected Dr. Esiely for the Family Planning Program Award, and he won first prize for a case report at New York Medical College’s Annual Resident Research Day.
Dr. Esiely is a member of the Egyptian Obstetrics and Gynecology Association, as well as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In his free time, Dr. Esiely enjoys reading, playing squash, and using computers. He’s fluent in both Arabic and English.
Compassionate double board-certified physician, Susan Wolf, MD, offers high quality care and a patient-centered approach to medicine at the University Reproductive Associates Hasbrouck Heights and Hoboken locations in New Jersey.
Before joining University Reproductive Associates in 2008, Dr. Wolf was the physician in charge of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Wolf graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania before completing her medical degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. Dr. Kotlyar is devoted to caring for women of all stages. She enjoys adolescent gynecology and provides her youngest patients with a supportive environment to start their gynecologic care. She is passionate about reproductive choice and has expertise in comprehensive family planning, including complex contraception and permanent sterilization. She also enjoys caring for women during the transition to menopause and helps her patients optimize health and wellbeing during this time.

Adam Ofer, MD, FACOG, is regionally recognized as an expert in gynecology and minimally invasive surgical techniques. A board-certified physician at Avery Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Ofer treats patients from puberty through their childbearing years and well past menopause, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages.
While Dr. Ofer provides a full range of OB/GYN services, he specializes in pelvic reconstruction and other minimally invasive surgeries, including laparoscopic and da VinciⓇ procedures. He heads the practice’s Bladder Dysfunction Program and has expertise in treating overactive bladder, urinary stress incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Dr. Nadal completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University, where she received a Bachelor of Science. In 2014, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at New York College. She went on to complete her residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and continued her experience with a focus on labor and delivery. Dr. Nadal also specialized in pelvic surgery and in-office procedures.
In addition to her focused research on endometrial cancer and maternal complications, Dr. Nadal received an award of Excellence in Laparoscopy during her time at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.

Caitlin Myers has been an OB/GYN PA since 2013 when she graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She has 9 years of inpatient OB/GYN experience in the NYC hospital system. Caitlin is a lifelong Norwalk resident and is excited to be back practicing in the community she lives in. She offers a full range of OB/GYN services, with a special interest in high-risk pregnancies and adolescents.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children, traveling, and trying out the newest restaurants in town.
