Dr. John Migotsky is a Board-certified OB/GYN, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He comes to ROSH Maternal-Fetal medicine with 16 years of experience.  After graduating from Brown University with a degree in neuroscience, Dr. Migotsky conducted research in maternal/child health and perinatal epidemiology with the Rhode Island Department of Health.  He received his medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  Then he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY.  Prior to his work with ROSH, he worked in private practice in Westchester, NY and was affiliated with Greenwich Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Kameelah Phillips is a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, wife, mother, and lifelong women’s health advocate. Joan Berman, MD, has been providing personalized, compassionate gynecological care to patients in New York City for over 25 years. Dr. Adam Romoff is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who has been in practice since 1980.

He graduated from the City College of New York and then went on to medical school at the University of Connecticut. He did a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lenox Hill Hospital.

Amir Shay, MD, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with the team at VCAREOBGYN in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Dr. Shay is board-certified by both the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Israeli Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
