Dr. Odette Limosnero believes that integrative medicine is the best path to true health. Dr. Limosnero grew up in San Francisco Bay Area. She went on to obtain her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of California at Davis. In 2000 she moved to Texas for residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Then in 2013 completed her fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine where she was trained under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil and Dr. Tieraona Low Dog. Before becoming part of the practice of Dr. Jose F. De Leon, M.D., P.A., caring for patients in Irving and Dallas, Texas, Dr. Phuong Nguyen-Luu began pursuit of her medical career as an undergraduate chemistry major at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. A native of Nebraska, Dr. Peppler received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in Omaha and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Peppler is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and she is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She and her husband, Donnie, stay busy keeping up with their four daughters and working on projects at home.
Sharyl Brasher-Giles, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in all aspects of women’s health care at Women's Health Services. With more than 23 years of clinical experience, Dr. Brasher-Giles provides outstanding medical care to women of all ages in the communities of Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas.

Dr. Brasher-Giles is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and she is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). She has adult twins and a teenage son and loves “the country life”.
Sheri Puffer, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 11 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. A warm, friendly physician who truly enjoys spending time with her patients, Dr. Puffer launched her career in private practice with Women’s Health Services in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas, to better connect with and treat her patients to the highest quality care possible.
A Canadian native, Dr. Puffer moved from Toronto to Texas in 1992. She later attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied biology. After graduation, she enrolled in medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Puffer grew to love women’s health care during her time in medical school, so it came as no surprise when she relocated to Dallas to complete her OB/GYN residency at Baylor University Medical Center after earning her medical doctorate.
As a supremely skilled physician and gynecological surgeon, Dr. Puffer treats and manages a broad range of women’s health conditions, including normal and high-risk pregnancies, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, uterine descensus, birth control, menstrual pain, and menopause. At her office, Dr. Puffer ensures that patients are provided with the most innovative treatments and therapies available, such as colposcopy, Novasure® Uterine Ablation, loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP), and hysteroscopy procedures.
In addition to her clinical passions, Dr. Puffer is an active member of the AMA, Texas Medical Association, and a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She and her husband, Ashton, have three wonderful children — two sons and one daughter. When she is not working with her patients, Dr. Puffer is a master baker at home.
Kiran Nangrani, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in all aspects of women’s health care at Women’s Health Services. With more than 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Nangrani outstanding medical care to women of all ages in the communities of Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas.

Maya Kuriakose, MD, is a board-eligible OB/GYN in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She brings over four years of professional experience to Women’s Health Services in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. Dr. Kuriakose is an honest and personable physician who specializes in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, including family planning, prenatal care, and da Vinci robotics.
She has lived throughout multiple parts of Texas. Originally from the Amarillo area, Dr. Kuriakose moved to Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Texas at Austin. She then earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso in 2016. She completed her residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
Dr. Kuriakose is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She makes it a point to spend quality time with each patient, understanding their problems and coming up with realistic solutions.
When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her husband and dog.
