Patricia Modad, MD, is an award-winning, board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who provides patient-centered care at Palm Coast OB GYN in Palm Coast, Florida. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Modad takes a holistic and comprehensive approach to women’s health.

After earning her Bachelor of Science at the University of Arizona in Tucson and graduating Summa Cum Laude, Dr. Modad received her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, also in Tucson. 

Dr. Modad continued her training at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, completing her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Meet the Team

Sonia Enriquez, MD, is a caring and compassionate gynecologist serving patients at Lake Mary Gynecology, located in Lake Mary, Florida. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and her professional areas of interest are PCOS and menopause. She takes a patient-centered approach to care and brings a personalized touch to all her patient interactions. 

Dr. Enriquez attended the University of Miami for her undergraduate studies. She then completed medical school at the University of Florida. She completed her internship at Ohio Valley Medical Center, and then went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at St. Louis University. Dr. Enriquez has worked in private practice in Orlando since 1989. 

She is passionate about helping women take control of their health, and provides a wide array of services to patients at Lake Mary Gynecology. Dr. Enriquez is available for routine care, including well-woman exams and contraception counseling. Meet Sarah Cordero

Sarah Cordero is a nurse practitioner that recently joined Lake Mary Gynecology in December of 2023. Her nursing profession began in 2015 when she earned her RN license. Sarah has worked in specialties that include cardiology, step down, and cardiac interventional units to name a few. In May 2021, she graduated from the University of South Florida with a master’s in science of nursing.

Sarah is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioner’s in family health. She focuses on providing holistic care that includes not only gynecological needs but encourages her patients to achieve health and wellness through nutrition and exercise. Sarah is a loving mother of one. Her interests include traveling, roller skating, dancing, and weightlifting.

Sarah enjoys participating in volunteer activities that include serving others. For example, in 2022, she went on a medical mission trip to Guatemala to care for patients in an impoverished village. Sarah is ecstatic to be a part of this practice and ready to provide professional and compassionate care.

Alex Otto, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined Premier OB-GYN – which has locations in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida – in 2024. Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.

Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Erin Manglardi, MD, MPH, is an OB/GYN practicing at Premier OB-GYN, located in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is overjoyed to return to work in her hometown. 

Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.

The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can. They love watching their boys grow up in the place they both have always called home.

Rita Ellen Eye, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN physician who joined Premier OB-Gyn in 2014 and sees patients at her Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL offices. She is a physician/owner of Premier OB-Gyn and serves as Chair for the Department of OB-Gyn for AdventHealth Winter Park. Dr. Eye was named as one of Orlando's Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for 2022 and 2023.

Dr. Eye is originally from Potosi, Missouri, a small town near St. Louis (and she remains a loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals!). She graduated from her high school as Valedictorian. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, earning her Biological Sciences degree while graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Dr. Eye went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was honored by being elected Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She began her successful private practice in Texas where she lived and worked for four years before moving to Florida. She is married to husband Chet and a proud mom to a sweet daughter named Faith.

Dr. Eye chose to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology because she was drawn to the idea of being able to help women of all ages - from adolescents to the elderly - through the various stages of life. Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida. 

Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident. 

Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. During her time in residency, she received certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, as well as the Da Vinci Robotic System. She is also passionate about wellness in residency training and the medical field.

Matthew Wollenschlaeger, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined the Premier Obstetrics and Gynecology team in 2020. He is proud to provide high-quality care to the women in our Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL locations. 

Originally from Ocala, Florida, Dr. Wollenschlaeger attended undergraduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. He returned to Florida to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida. 

Dr. Wollenschlaeger completed his medical degree at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He went on to complete his OB/GYN training at Orlando Health, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, where he was the Chief Quality Resident.

Christopher K Quinsey, MD, specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the Central Florida area for over 23 years. At the beginning of 2011, Dr. Quinsey opened his new Obstetrics and Gynecology practice serving patients across Central Florida, conveniently located on Lake Mary Blvd. in Lake Mary, Florida. 

Dr. Quinsey received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1989 and his Medical degree from the University Of Florida College of Medicine in 1993. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children in 1997. 

Over the course of his medical career, Dr. Quinsey has performed over 3,600 deliveries and numerous minimally invasive and major Gynecologic procedures. Gene Krishingner Jr. MD of OB/GYN Care Orlando located in Oviedo, Florida is a board-certified OB/GYN who brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His training includes a year of surgery internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, and then OB/GYN residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. 

Dr. Krishingner – or Dr. K as his patients call him – specializes in obstetrics, gynecology and gynecological surgery including minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, office-based procedures, as well as all aspects of pregnancy-related care and infertility.
