Founder of the Visionary Centre for Women, Dr Hayes is a veteran surgeon who for the past 11 years has run a busy GYN practice in the Tampa Bay, Florida area that specializes in the burgeoning field of Cosmetic Gynecology. Dr. Monard is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, reading, cooking, and spending time with her pug, Hamlet.

Karin Stanton, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified OB-GYN who recently relocated and now serves the Trinity and surrounding Tampa Bay, Florida area at Orange Blossom Women’s Care. She has over 17 years of experience in the medical field, and she specializes in women's health, caring for the female reproductive system, and delivering babies.

Dr. Stanton graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in dance from the University of South Florida in Tampa. In 2003, she received her Osteopathic Medical degree from Nova Southeastern University, in Broward County, Florida. She rounded out her medical training with an OB-GYN residency at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine and takes a special interest in hormone therapy. Dr. Stanton also specializes in minimally invasive robotic surgery. 

Dr. Stanton is married and has a young son. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys dancing, tennis, and boating.

Dr. Cohen has been providing excellent obstetrics and gynecology services to his patients in Sarasota since 1996. He is a board-certified Gynecologist and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is currently the Medical Director for the Venice and Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Centers, which are non-profit pregnancy counseling services, assisting pregnant women in need or crisis. Lyvie-Sara Sylvestre, MD, is an OB/GYN serving patients at Sarasota OB/GYN Associates, with two locations in Sarasota and Port Charlotte, Florida. Known for her charismatic nature, she is a life-long learner who practices patient-centered, evidence-based medicine. 

Originally from Haiti, Dr. Sylvestre has called Florida her home since moving to the United States as a teenager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies with a specialization in integrative biology from the University of Florida. She then graduated with her Master of Science in biomedical sciences and her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine. Finally, she completed her OB/GYN residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Florida. 

Dr. Sylvestre has special interests in high-risk obstetrics, benign gynecology, minimally invasive gynecological surgery (including laparoscopy and robotic surgery), office procedures, and preventive medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and Society of Gynecologic Surgeons.

Outside of work, Dr. Sylvestre enjoys traveling, learning different languages and cultures, playing multiple musical instruments and sports, web designing, participating in community service, and spending time with her family.

Rubin Raju, MBBS, MD, MS, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Sarasota OB/GYN Associates in Bradenton and Venice, Florida. He specializes in women’s pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.

Originally from Lilongwe, Malawi, Dr. Raju attended medical school at Maulana Azad Medical College and trained at Lok Nayak Hospital in New Delhi, India. After graduating in 2010, he worked as a clinical observer in obstetrics and gynecology at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, and Whittington Hospital in London, England.

Dr. Raju completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Michigan State University’s Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. Beginning in 2016, he worked as a community obstetrics and gynecology provider with the Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing, Minnesota. Dr. Raju has also served as an obstetrician and gynecologist with the United States Army Reserve since 2016. 

Dr. Raju returned to school in 2019, completing his master’s degree in biomedical sciences and his fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstruction at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, Minnesota. He is now an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the school.

Dr. Raju is a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the Maulana Azad Medical College Old Student Association. 

Dr. Doris Ramirez Nessetti is a second generation Obstetrician Gynecologist who brings a tremendous amount of compassion and dedication to every patient she treats. She graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Ramirez Nessetti followed her fathers footsteps to pursue a career in Obstetrics Gynecology, hoping to receive the same gratification her father enjoyed throughout his years of practice. She received her M.D. from New York Medical College in 1999. Dr. Doris Nessetti provides women’s health services, aesthetics, and integrated care for women of all ages. She was a DaVinci trained robotic surgeon. She takes pride in her knowledge and commitment to preventative care for her patients. Kelly-Anne Shedd-Hartman, DO aka Dr. KASH offers holistic, patient-focused OB/GYN care to women of all ages at Swor Women’s Care in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Lichon (she/her) is a board-certified OB/GYN, recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG). She provides comprehensive, evidence-based obstetric and gynecologic care to patients of all ages, with a particular passion for supporting women through all stages of reproductive health.

Dr. Lichon has special expertise in perimenopausal and menopausal care and is one of the few physicians in the area certified as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) by the National Menopause Society. Dr. Lichon earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University (Go Green!) and completed her medical degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, Florida. She returned to Michigan to complete her OB/GYN residency at Beaumont Hospital in Trenton.

Dr. Lichon specializes in advanced laparoscopic and robotic gynecological surgeries, addressing conditions such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, tubal sterilization and performing hysterectomies. Her in-office expertise includes colposcopy, LEEP, hysteroscopy dilation & curettage, uterine ablation, IUD insertions and more.
