Rachael Kulick, MSN, CNM, NP-BC, is a dedicated midwife at Lone Tree OB/GYN & Midwives, located in Lone Tree and Castle Rock, Colorado.  Rachael's journey into this fulfilling profession was inspired by her own transformative experiences during the births of her three children, all supported by skilled nurse-midwives. 

This profound journey led Rachael to earn a post-masters degree in nurse-midwifery in 2012, after graduating with her master's degree from Simmons College in Boston, MA, and obtaining a graduate certificate in midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. Rachael is dual-certified in midwifery and as a pediatric nurse practitioner, which has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of women's and children's health.

The multicultural nature of his residency experience has proven beneficial over the years of his practice, and his learning of Spanish has assisted him in mission trips to clinics in South and Central America. Dr. Furr served in active reserve U.S. Air Force from 1980-1982, Edwards AFB, California, and was honorably discharged in 1982 as Major.

Dr. Furr primarily practices at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. He's been married for over 40 years to wife Vicki, a dental hygienist, whom he met in college. Together they have four children: Alyson, with a doctorate in physical therapy; Steven, who is currently an anesthesiology resident; Will, a physician assistant; and Bryan, who is a pediatric resident.

Dr. Leslie Scariano believes it is first and foremost a privilege to provide care to women in all stages of their lives and promises to be each patient’s healthcare advocate. Dedicated to creating a good patient-physician relationship that promotes honesty and trust, she strives to provide women with comprehensive options, while empowering them to make the best decision about their care. Dr. Scariano strives to make every visit a positive experience with answers, plans, empathy and follow up. She wants each patient encounter, whether obstetrical or gynecological, to be comfortable, engaging and feel like their visiting a trusted family member. She considers all of her patients part of the Aspire for Women family, and like family, she considers no question "too small" and believes every question should be answered with honesty and sincerity.

Dr. Scariano has delivered thousands of babies over her 20+ years of practice, and with women waiting longer to start their families, she is experienced in facing the unique challenges this poses for pregnancy and childbearing. She works with every obstetric patient to make individualized prenatal care and childbirth plans while also providing collaborative high-risk obstetrical care to accomplish the best outcomes for her patients. Whether presenting for acute gynecological care or a preventative-care visit, women have come to recognize Dr. Scariano’s competence in providing cutting edge care as well as her genuine passion for keeping her patients healthy. Before Aspire for Women, Dr. Scariano grew up in Montana and later attended Creighton University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in OB-GYN at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO, where she met her husband Larry. She then practiced in Alton, Illinois for 10 years before relocating with her family to Englewood, Colorado for the past 15 years. She and her husband have been happily married for 25 years with two now grown children, and in her free time she loves spending time with her family and scrapbooking their memories together. She also enjoys hiking, gardening and helping with her husband’s backyard vineyard! Dr. Scariano welcomes her patients to share their travels and passions, both local and abroad!

Lauren is a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner, serving patients at Aspire for Women Obstetrics and Gynecology, at their Englewood, CO location. She is originally from Tennessee and earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2001. After gaining valuable experience working as an RN in Women & Infant Services (Labor and Delivery, Post-partum and Newborn Nursery), she completed her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2005. Lauren specializes in women’s health and is passionate about teaching and advocating for women of all ages. She loves connecting with women of all ages and educating them about various aspects of women's health.

Lauren is experienced in providing both obstetric and gynecologic care. She performs physical examinations, routine and high risk obstetrical care, wellness counseling, contraceptive services, STD screening and follow-up, evaluation and treatment of various women’s health conditions, in-office procedures such as intrauterine device placement, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, as well as screening and referral for other health conditions.

Lauren, her husband, and their three daughters moved from St Louis, Missouri to Denver in 2023.  She enjoys spending time with her family and their Australian Labradoodle. Lauren also keeps busy volunteering, reading, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Stephanie M. Wright, DO, is the physician and owner of Ped & Adol Gyn of the Rocky Mountains. She went to medical school at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri which is now the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. During her time in Medical school, she joined the United States Air Force. She did her internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Northern California and finished her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California-Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. After the completion of her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology she served another 3 years of active duty military service as a staff Ob/Gyn at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base in Washington DC. In the summer of 2011, Dr. Wright decided to separate from the military and pursue further training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Cincinnati Children?s Hospital.

Kenton Talbot Bruice, MD is a board certified OB/GYN who devotes 100% of his practice to balancing his patients hormone levels with bioidentical hormones. Dr. Bruice has been working with compounded bioidentical hormones since 1998 and is the leading prescriber of bioidentical hormones in the state of Colorado. He started working with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy in Aspen and then later opened his Denver office in 2004. Dr. Bruice is a member of the North American Menopause Society, Colorado Medical Society, and the Denver Medical Society. He is an international speaker of the benefits and safety of bioidentical hormones. Dr. Bruice earned his medical degree from Tulane University in 1994 after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

About Dr. York

Dr. York earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences (formerly the Medical College of Ohio) in 1992, and he successfully completed specialized training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1996. 

He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and maintains annual certification. ​Dr. York holds surgical specialization in pelvic pain disorders, endometriosis, high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgery, and infertility problems. Prior to North Springs Ob/Gyn, Dr. York was an obstetrician and gynecologist working in private practice in South Carolina before he moved to Colorado Springs in 2004. 

Dr. York is a dedicated husband and father of three girls and spends much of his free time involved with their activities. He also enjoys camping and skiing with his family, running, and climbing Colorado 14ers with his girls.

Kacey Combs, WHNP-BC, is a women's health nurse practitioner at North Springs Ob/Gyn in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Kacey grew up in western Montana and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where she graduated at the top of her class.

Before becoming a board-certified nurse practitioner, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for five years. Kacey practiced as a women's health nurse practitioner in Hawaii before settling in Colorado in 2022 with her family.

Kacey believes in empowering women of all ages by taking time to teach them about their bodies, reproductive health, and the role they have in their own healthcare.

In her free time, Kacey enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, hiking, and spending time with her husband and three children.
