Rachel Yakrus, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN serving patients at Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC, in Johns Creek of Suwanee, Georgia. Indu Stacey Anand, MD, is an experienced OB/GYN at North Atlanta Women's Specialists. She proudly provides care to patients at the East Cobb office in Marietta, as well as the Midtown and Northside offices in Atlanta.
Dr. Anand grew up in Clemson, South Carolina, and received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in 1990. She went on to attend Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where she received her medical doctorate in 1994. She then completed her residency in general obstetrics and gynecology from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1998.
After holding a faculty position at the University of Tennessee-Memphis, Dr. Anand joined North Atlanta Women's Specialists in 2004 where she has been practicing general OB/GYN. In 2020 she completed a fellowship at The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and enjoys empowering her patients to optimize their health and wellbeing through evidence-based integrative approaches. She is additionally a member of the North American Menopause Society and takes a special interest in helping women transition through perimenopause and menopause.
When not working, Dr. Anand enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter.
