Carla completed her B.S. degree in Nursing at Loma Linda University, and worked as a labor and delivery nurse at St Bernardines hospital for 10 years. She obtained her Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner certification at San Jose State University. Carla then received her Midwifery Certification through Charles Drew University, and is ACNM certified. She joined Woman to Woman OB/GYN Inc. in 1998, and has gained a great deal of experience working with a diverse group of women of all stages of life.
Carla has delivered over 1200 babies into the arms of their mothers. It is her utmost privilege to be a part of this sacred time in your life. Carla will use her skills, compassion, and knowledge to support you and provide quality OB/GYN care. In her free time Carla enjoys the beach, yoga, friends, and spending time with family.
Betty Daniels, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN and co-founder of Woman to Woman Ob/Gyn Medical Group with offices in San Bernardino and Rialto, California. For more than 30 years, Dr. Daniels has been providing women with the excellent medical care they need and deserve by placing herself in her patient’s shoes and treating them as she would want to be treated.
Before completing her OB/GYN residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center in San Bernardino California, Dr. Daniels earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of California Davis School of Medicine in Davis, California. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of California.

Melissa Grier, MD, is an experienced OB/GYN providing patients in Pasadena, California, with patient-centered care. At her practice, Melissa Grier, MD Women’s Healthcare, she specializes in all areas of gynecological conditions and treatments, including minimally invasive robotic surgery.
A native of Michigan, Dr. Grier received her Bachelor of Science in zoology from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, in 1997. She earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor in 2001. While in medical school, she was exposed to all fields of medicine. She realized the need for providers dedicated to gynecology and decided to pursue women’s health. She then relocated to Los Angeles, where she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology from the LAC+USC Medical Center, affiliated with the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. During her residency, she conducted research on menopause, evaluating the normal range of estrogen levels in postmenopausal women.
She began her career in private practice in 2005. Dr. Chalian earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College in London. After relocating to New York, Dr. Chalian went through an internship at New York University Downtown Hospital. Dr. Marsh completed her undergraduate degree in Reproductive Health at the University of California, Berkeley. She earned a master’s degree in science studying Global Medicine at the University of Southern California and her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She later trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center followed by subspecialty training in gynecologic oncology (chemotherapy, gynecologic cancer, and risk-reducing surgery) at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Marsh is passionate about identifying patients at risk for hereditary cancer. Her innovative work has been presented at multiple national conferences and published in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Marsh is skilled in complex open and minimally invasive (robotic and conventional laparoscopic) surgery. Patients of Dr. Marsh appreciate her exceptional bedside manner, her incredible attention to detail, and her commitment to shared decision-making.
I began my training in womens care in the Navy in 1985. I have served on a ship, worked as an Emergency Room physician, and a general surgeon while on board ship. Since that time many years ago, I have treated many many women for all types of medical issues, both acute and chronic. I have come to appreciate womens health issues.
