Emily earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY in 2016 with a focus on Medical Education, Ethics, and Clinical Neuroscience. Her areas of focus are Lifestyle Medicine and Women’s Health.

Her respect for patient autonomy and her commitment to making a positive impact in others’ lives have served as guiding principles throughout her training and practice. As an educator and advocate she has created a method of caretaking that respects all people as unique and whole.
Emily openly shares how her own experiences have influenced her medical decision making and regenerative health process. She believes that she has learned as much about health in her academic training as she has from cultivating inner awareness and resilience through self-led education and intuitive learning.

Aurelio is originally from San Diego, CA and earned his BA Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville, and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training form Spalding University. He is the Director of Athletic Training at Aptiva Health. He has worked with multiple high school athletes in the Louisville area. While in the HS athletic arena, he saw athletes in nearly every sport, and truly enjoys working with volleyball, football, soccer and basketball. His most recent experience was with Lou City FC as the assistant to the head athletic trainer, working with professional soccer players to keep them healthy and develop their speed and strength and improve recovery to keep them performing at an optimal level.
