Katie is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist (RDN, LDN) who specializes in counseling individuals on topics related to food, nutrition, and eating behaviors. She is a firm believer in helping others heal their relationship with food and their bodies. She doesn't believe in “good” or “bad” foods and she does not discourage the intake of certain foods or a food group. All foods can fit into your everyday life! In her sessions her goal is to help clients break free from shame around food and gain confidence in their everyday lives. Katie thoroughly enjoys meeting with her clients to focus on their holistic well-being in an empathetic and non-judgmental setting. She is a believer in meeting her clients where they are at and setting small weekly goals that lead to a healthy relationship between food, mind, and body.
