As a neurologist and sleep physician, I witnessed the tremendous suffering from my patients while treating their headaches, strokes, insomnia, sleep apnea, etc... I am determined to treat both the symptoms and the root causes of the above diseases so you can have your life back!
Modern technology such as MRI, PET scan, sleep study and advanced labs has greatly improved our diagnostic power. Numerous treatments tools are developed to fight the diseases. However the traditional pharmacological treatments have their own limitation due to medication side effects and etc.
The good new is most of those chronic conditions are preventable via lifestyle changes. I believe it will be a great compliment for traditional therapy as it treat the root causes directly. It may take 30 days to build up a new habit but it will last for the rest of our life!
“went in not being able to sleep, not being able to handle my stress, and now i have it under control with a regular schedule and have lost weight with a happier outlook on my life. going in with an open mind and a will to change made this a great life choice”
