Her experience includes working with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness. Sara utilizes an integrative approach in her practice, using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), strength-based therapy, and humanistic therapy, among others.

Sonia attended Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Family Systems and Child Development Studies. She then went on to earn a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Sonia stays up-to-date on all credentials and training.
Sonia uses a variety of evidence-based approaches to treat the entire human being: mind, body, and spirit. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Rutgers University in the United States and also practices with Hudson River Care and Counseling. She is fluent in English and Hebrew.
