As a RN she worked as a charge nurse in the neuro intensive care unit as well as a critical care nurse before receiving her MSN from Florida National University. Meliana Trinidad, MD, is board-certified in neurology and internal medicine. She works with patients at The Neurology Institute in Coral Springs and Sunrise, Florida. Dr. Hylton is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Clinical Neuropsychology. She graduated from the University of Florida with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and went on to study at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, with emphasis in Forensic Psychology. While enduring her graduate studies, she discovered a fascination with the inner workings of the brain and its overall effects. With this interest, Dr. Hylton continued to build the foundation of her training with specialization in neuropsychology, study of the brain and the nervous system’s influence on an individual’s cognition and behavior. She has broad experience in the field of psychology such as specialized psychotherapy for those suffering traumas and experience providing individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), administering psychological evaluations to children and/or parents for guardianship, as well as research. Dr. Hylton specializes in neuropsychological evaluation and testing.

Jenny Carolina Reategui, MD, is a Board-Certified Neurologist specializing in neurophysiology/epilepsy. She began her career in nursing before moving on to medical school at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine. Dr. Reategui completed neurology residency at the University of Miami.
Dr. Reategui went on to complete Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of Miami, she has training in electroencephalogram interpretation (ambulatory EEG, cvEEG, ICU EEG, sEEG), intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), and is well published.

Dr. Pawar is double board certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology with an interest in hyperacute management of stroke and establishing systems of care. He received his medical degree at B.J. Medical College in India before going on to Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio to complete an Internal Medicine residency followed by neurology residencies at Loyola Medical Center in Chicago and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Following completion of his residencies, Dr. Pawar completed Fellowships in Vascular Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania, Endovascular Neurosurgery and Interventional Radiology at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, and Advanced Vascular Neurology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is coming to us from Duke University Medical Center where he served as Stroke Medical Director. He is widely published. He has varied interests and has participated in multiple clinical trials.

She has also contributed to the development of competency restoration programs in Broward and Palm Beach Counties and published a Springer book chapter on cultural considerations in sex trafficking.
Her research interests include potentially traumatic events across immigrant and non-immigrant populations, best practices for assessment and treatment, and severe mental illness in diverse settings. Dr. Basilio specializes in psychological evaluations and trauma-informed therapy.
Board-certified neurologist Risa Ravitz, MD, at Modern Migraine MD, specializes in migraines, headaches, general neurology, and pain management.
