Dr. Noel is trained in all aspects of neurology, but she has a special interest in sleep medicine. She believes that fixing sleep issues is the key to solving many other health problems and loves making small changes to improve a patient’s life for the better. Dr. Johnson earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan and recently completed her neurology residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly called Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio. She is the newest addition to the DCND team, joining the practice in 2023.
With a passion for neurologic diagnosis and treatment, Dr. Johnson had a desire to pursue medicine from a young age. She watched her mother work in a neurosurgery office doing coding. Under the guidance of one of the doctors there, she learned that medicine was a career that would allow her to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Dr. Johnson chose neurology because she loves a good puzzle and enjoys the nervous system’s complexity. She believes knowledge is power and will always strive to keep her patients informed so they can make the best health decisions together.

Ramya Raghavan is a neurologist and epileptologist at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), which staffs convenient locations in Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio. Dr. Raghavan is mainly based out of Kettering Brain and Spine. She joined DCND in 2023. Dr. Raghavan earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University. She completed her residency in neurology at Kettering Health Dayton and a fellowship in epilepsy at the University of Cincinnati.
One of Dr. Raghavan’s biggest goals with her patients is improving the quality of their lives through all aspects of epilepsy care, such as acute care and refractory epilepsy, including vagal nerve stimulator placement and pre-surgical evaluation.

Dr. Durrani's passion for neurology stems from his childhood decision to follow in his father's footsteps and become a doctor. He finds fulfillment in the challenges posed by neurologic disorders and is grateful for the opportunity to bring about meaningful changes in his patients' lives. While he initially pursued training in neurosurgery, his journey led him to choose neurology to focus on caring for stroke patients and individuals affected by various neurologic conditions.
Dr. Durrani is passionate about patient education. He has written two books on neurologic issues to help patients and their families better understand their diagnosis. He has also started his own YouTube channel that is full of quick, easy to understand videos.
Outside of work, Dr. Durrani cherishes time spent with his wife and daughter and enjoys competitive target shooting, autocross racing, and woodworking.

Derek Menkedick, DO, is a dedicated and board-certified neurologist specializing in Multiple Sclerosis care, headache management, and electromyography (EMG). He brings his expertise and compassionate care to patients at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), which staffs several convenient locations in Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio.
Dr. Menkedick studied at the University of Indianapolis in Indiana, where he double majored in biology and chemistry. He then pursued his osteopathic medicine doctorate at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
