Healing happens in the context of a therapeutic relationship between the patient and the therapist. This connection provides the foundation for attending to the problems and entails a dyadic commitment. Part of this process entails unraveling and integrating the unconscious with the conscious as well as reuniting the body and the mind. Through this process, the therapist supports the patients to hold their unbearable emotions and through this empathic holding, ultimately the patient can let go of their strong feelings. After a successful treatment, the patient could internalize the therapist’s holding function as their own.

My therapeutic style is centered on a collaborative and equal relationship to work towards your personal goals using different modalities and interventions. I am Bilingual speaking-English and Spanish and greatly value your individual and collective cultural experiences.
I'm experienced working with adults, teens and families.
Welcome! I’m experienced in a range of therapeutic modalities and versed in individual therapy for adults & teens, as well as couples and family treatment. My goal is to create a comfortable and effective approach tailored to you.
I believe a cornerstone of a healing therapeutic experience is providing a professional relationship where it is safe to be truly and wholly yourself.
My personal journey was filled with ups and downs, joy and pain, and a lot of healing and repair along the way. I don’t believe you can unlock your full potential on your own. You need someone to help you identify and live in alignment with your core values, move towards fear, and radically love yourself.
