Hi, I'm Ani Arabian, and I've spent the last eight years helping people navigate life's ups and downs, especially when anxiety or trauma makes the road feel a little bumpier. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a master's in clinical psychology, focusing on marriage and family therapy, but my approach goes beyond the textbook.
