You try to leave the past in the past, but pain and old behaviors always seep back in. You want it to be different this time. You want help to make it different.
I want to give you the tools and space to confront yourself with grace. In our first session we will discuss where you are in life and why you are seeking therapy now. We will discuss who you are and what that means for you. We’ll discuss self-regulation, communication, and boundaries. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in sessions.
