Farah Salahuddin, MD, (pronounced Salah' din) is board-certified in rheumatology and internal medicine. She is the founder at Rheum Without Walls, serving people living in and around Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Salinas, Carmel by the Sea, and Monterey, California.
Rheum Without Walls was born from her unique vision and desire to continuously move in the direction of patient-centric care, transparency in health care, and bridging health in-equities. Dr. Salahuddin completed her fellowship in rheumatology in 2015 at David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to that, she was a teaching faculty at MedStar Health/University of Maryland In Baltimore.
Dr. Salahuddin has spent the past five years working across Northern California until she settled down in Santa Cruz County in 2019. Her employment experience inside both closed health care systems and independent practice settings gave her the unique perspective to see through the shifting lens of our health care landscape. Her focus is simple. To move from fee-for-service to a value-based model of care while maintaining physician autonomy.

Omeed Sani, MD, is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon and the founder of Sani Aesthetics, M.D. in Los Gatos, California. He focuses on slowing down the aging process to allow patients to feel confident in their own skin despite inevitable changes that occur with age. He uses state-of-the-art technologies and advanced techniques to carefully perform laser procedures, inject fillers, and precisely contour patients’ bodies.
Dr. Sani earned his medical degree in Europe at Albert Szent-Gyorgyi Medical University in Szeged, Hungary. After graduating magna cum laude, he completed residency training through Brown University at the Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Providence.
Today, Dr. Sani continues to learn and accumulate new information to use at Sani Aesthetics, M.D., with memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the European Medical Association. He has also received in-depth training for many of the procedures that he frequently performs, including the Silhouette InstaLift™ and Radiesse® dermal fillers.
Dr. Sani begins each patient’s experience with an in-depth consultation. During this time, he becomes familiar with their goals, preferences, and setbacks when it comes to treatment. He then personalizes their treatment strategy and helps them make important decisions for their care. For his excellence in patient relations and care, he was named one of America’s top physicians in 2013 by the Consumer Research Council of America.
When he isn’t at Sani Aesthetics, M.D., Dr. Sani teaches as an assistant clinical professor at the University of California in San Francisco. He is also interested in race car concepts and design.
Dr. Manjari Aravamuthan is a Board Certified Internist, who has built her medical practice in San Jose, California around the belief that each and every patient deserves comprehensive and compassionate healthcare, in a setting that invites open communication and the creation of lasting professional relationships. She began her medical training at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India before completing her residency at the Georgetown Department of Medicine in D.C. General Hospital, Washington, D.C. While there, she is proud to have received the “Certificate of Distinguished Achievement” for her research efforts, as well as the “Resident of the Year” award.
Dr. Aravamuthan has served on the Board of Directors for the Physicians Medical Group of San Jose, San Jose, CA from Jan 2012 to March 2022. She has also served on various administrative roles including the Chair of the Department of Medicine at RMC Hospital , San Jose and Chaired the Credentialing Committee of the Physicians Medical Group of San Jose from January 2019 -March 2022. She continues to serve on the Credentialing Committee of Optum Healthcare.
Dr. Aravamuthan has been in medical practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Aravamuthan is fluent in both Hindi and Tamil, and members of her staff can assist patients who speak Spanish.
Dr. Aravamuthan lives in San Jose with her husband. She has three children.
