My dual background in internal medicine and biomedical engineering equips me with a unique skill set to approach healthcare innovatively and holistically. I earned my Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, after completing a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering at Arizona State University. My internal medicine residency at Legacy Internal Medicine Residency in Portland, OR, provided a solid foundation in evidence-based medicine and compassionate patient care.
With over 10 years of professional experience as a Primary Care Physician, I hold a medical license in Oregon and California. I left my previous primary care position due to the increasing administrative burden and reduced face-to-face patient care time, prescribed by the current healthcare system. This shift inspired me to create My Pacific Concierge Physician where I can focus on providing personalized, high-quality medical care in an affordable concierge medicine model.
“Dr. Diarra has been my dad’s PCP for over 3 years. I was so happy to find him in his new practice. Dr. Diarra listens and asks questions. He cares about his patients and occasionally called me just to check on my dad. This makes an impact. Thank you Dr. Diarra for your true care and concern for your patients. ”

It is such a pleasure to be part of the team here at Lake Grove Family Medical. I was born and raised in California and have trained in many different places all over the country. I received my medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies and I completed my residency in family medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) affiliated BON Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency program.
My specialties include full spectrum family medicine and have had previous experience managing low- risk prenatal care. I love caring for all ages and have always had a special interest in preventive care, mental health, and women’s health. I have many different views and approaches to every patient’s wellness as it is important to treat the whole person, addressing not only the physical needs, but the emotional needs as well. I work well with my patients to help incorporate lifestyle changes and believe that it is important to work together as a team to help them achieve good health.
In my off time, I like to spend time with my family. I love traveling and learning new cultures, photography, cooking/eating, playing music, and crafting.
