Dileep Puppala, MD, FCCP, FAASM, is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group, located in Houston and Cypress, Texas. Dr. Puppala is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. He has been in practice for 12 years throughout northwest Houston. 

Dr. Puppala earned his medical degree from Andhra Pradesh University Of Medical Sciences in India. Jeremy McWilliams, DO, is a board-certified family medicine specialist at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas. 

A graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Dr. McWilliams moved to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his doctorate. He studied under the prestigious Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program for his residency.

Before coming to Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. McWilliams practiced as a family medicine and urgent care physician in the Woodlands and Huntsville. He provides preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients of all ages.
