Dr. Escobar earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowship at the same institution. David Perloff, MD, PA, is a board-certified cardiologist who has served the community of Broward County since 1997. At Perloff Cardiovascular Care in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Perloff specializes in general, preventive, and invasive cardiology. 

Dr. Perloff received his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami, where he graduated summa cum laude. He earned numerous awards and honors, including the James McKnight award, the McGraw Hill book award, and the John M. Marsh Prize, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary society. He subsequently completed three years of internal medicine training and three years of invasive cardiology training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
