Waseem Imam, DO, is a board-certified obesity medicine physician and the founder of Cure Weight Loss Clinic in Arlington and Irving, Texas. Dr. Imam and the team use the most advanced, nonsurgical tools to develop a holistic weight loss program that supports your desired physique and optimal health.
Dr. Imam was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but spent most of his childhood in Detroit, Michigan. He completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Wayne State University before pursuing his master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Midwestern University. Following his graduate studies, he earned his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University.
Dr. Imam is certified in Internal and Obesity Medicine, as well as allergy, asthma, and immunology for pediatric and adult patients.
Using the latest technology, such as the Skytu™ 3D Body Scanner, Cure Weight Loss Clinic takes your body scanning results, which evaluates your unique body composition and shape, to encourage 5-7% weight loss per month.
Some patients may need additional help to achieve their goal weight, so the team offers nutritional counseling and wellness services like B12 shots, lipotropic injections, and hormone therapy to boost metabolism and lessen appetite cravings.
Since the practice limits how many patients they can serve at one time, the providers can better deliver personalized health solutions for every patient. The team currently serves patients who are 18 and older and have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30.
To get in touch with the expert weight management team, call Cure Weight Loss Clinic or book an appointment online today.
