While obtaining the patient's medical history, she found out that the patient had several life-threatening Allergens, some of which had a potential for adverse reactions with some of the medications that she was already taking. She advised the patient to avoid such allergens and prescribed an Epi pen to be used in the event of a life -threatening Allergic reaction.
