Dr. Milone was born in Oceanside, New York, and was the valedictorian at Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York. Dr. Milone earned his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and won the school’s Orthopaedic Research Prize.
