Praveen Dandamudi, or “Dr. Dan,” is a skilled physician practicing at Southern Kidney Specialists, a nephrology practice where Dr. Dan serves patients at their Nashville, Tennessee location. Dr. Dandamudi originally hails from the Midwest. He was born in the great city of Detroit and grew up in Michigan. He completed his undergraduate and medical school training in a program at Creighton University in Omaha. He then completed both his internal medicine and nephrology training at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology & hypertension. Dr. Dandamudi also earned his MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Dr. Dan is the Co-Founder of Southern Kidney Specialists. He is a Medical Director of multiple dialysis centers, Division Chief of Nephrology at Centennial Medical Center, Nephrology Subspecialty Coordinator, and Faculty Member of Centennial Medical Center's Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is board certified in Internal Medicine as well as Nephrology & Hypertension.
