Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City.

Mary Alaina Burbage graduated with a Master of Science Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Nursing from Georgetown University. She has been working in primary care as a family NP since 2016. Before that, she was an RN at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Her patient care philosophy is founded on the Jesuit ideal of cura personalis, caring for the whole person. She advised the patient to avoid such allergens and prescribed an Epi pen to be used in the event of a life -threatening Allergic reaction. The patient was impressed with the experience that the visit was only for Immigration purposes yet she learnt a lot about her allergens and realized how it impacted her medications and lifestyle in general.
