HealthFirst is a medical practice that blends the best of traditional and alternative medicine with compassion and genuine concern at their offices in the Greater Denver Area and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Led by holistic medicine physician, Jonathan W. Singer, DO, the team takes care to give each patient his personal attention and dedicates the time needed to get to the cause of complex issues.
Dr. Singer received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in food chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Wisconsin. During that time, he invented an alternative to the food colorant Yellow No. 5, creating a natural option that’s now standard in the food industry.
After graduating with honors from the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Singer was among the first physicians in the United States to become board certified in holistic medicine. The pioneers in this group are acknowledged as the developers of the standard and scientific basis for alternative medicine.
Dr. Singer is board certified in family practice and holistic medicine. He is also board eligible in medical acupuncture, homeopathy, and environmental medicine.
Dr. Singer is actively involved in many professional organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American College for Advancement in Medicine.
He served as a national delegate to the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Singer is also a past president of the Wyoming Osteopathic Medical Society and a past member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.
Patients come to HealthFirst from almost every state and many locations around the globe to receive help for symptoms and illnesses that other doctors haven’t healed. Countless patients have said how lucky they were to find Dr. Singer because they finally feel healthy and well.
At HealthFirst, Dr. Singer offers natural solutions whenever possible, yet recognizes that medications are sometimes the best option. Examples of natural therapies that the practice uses include injections, neurofeedback, acupuncture, intravenous nutrient infusions, and nutrition counseling. Dr. Singer also has extensive experience in specialized medical approaches such as chelation therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement, ozone therapy, and SuboxoneⓇ treatment for addiction.
HealthFirst is a cash practice that doesn’t participate with insurance providers for a critical reason: Dr. Singer provides the care patients deserve, not what the insurance companies dictate. At HealthFirst, patients receive consistently good, thoughtful, and sound medical care. To schedule an appointment, call one of the offices or schedule an appointment online.
“Dr Singer is the best and only Doctor that works to find the cause rather than treating the symptom. He saved our son's life years ago. Our entire family continues to be healthy and the only Doctor we trust with our health. If you want to learn more about your body and overall health or need help treating a chronic condition then look no further. He is a true knowledgeable professional with extensive years of experience who truly CARES!!”
