Janne Huynh Dewing, MD, is a board-certified physician with over 20 years of experience providing high quality, personalized patient care. Dr. Mohammed Ansari is board certified in Internal medicine and completed his residency from University of Missouri, Kansas city. He has also completed training in functional medicine from the institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), and has been trained in chronic infections from ILADS and is a Lyme literate MD. An Orange County native, Dr. Wertman graduated summa cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa Society honors in earning his Bachelor of Arts degrees in biochemistry and molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Colorado Boulder in Boulder, Colorado.

Dr. Wertman then completed his medical degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, and went on to finish his internship and residency training in internal medicine at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Huy Nguyen, MD, FACC, a cardiologist at Coastal Cardiology of Orange County, has deep roots in Irvine, California, one of the communities the practice proudly serves, along with Ladera Ranch, California.

Dr. Nguyen grew up in Irvine and received his Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of California, Irvine. 

He then earned a master's in applied physiology and earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School, one of the graduate schools of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. 

Back in Orange County, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as his fellowship training in general cardiology, all at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California.

He then moved to New York to complete his interventional cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where he was awarded Outstanding Interventional Cardiology Fellow of the Year.

Dr. Weitzman earned his medical degree and graduated with honors from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. He then completed an internship at the University of Pennsylvania before completing a residency in anesthesiology at Temple University, both in Philadelphia. Afterward, he finished an ACGME recognized fellowship in pain management at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in New York City, where he served as chief fellow.

Dr. Maged Tanios serves as the Regional Medical Director of Sound Physicians and is the current director of the ICU and Intensivists Program at Long Beach Medical Center. Dr. Tanios is a Board-Certified physician who specializes in pulmonary medicine, critical care, and sleep medicine. Dr. Tanios has received numerous achievements and awards for his work. He has been recognized by the American Lung Association and has also applied for and received grants from the National Institutes of Health. Most recently, Dr. Tanios was selected to the 2016 registry of “America’s Best Physicians.” He has also been listed on Southern California Super Doctors for the consecutive years of 2016-2021.
