It is such a pleasure to be part of the team here at Lake Grove Family Medical. I was born and raised in California and have trained in many different places all over the country. I received my medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies and I completed my residency in family medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) affiliated BON Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency program.
My specialties include full spectrum family medicine and have had previous experience managing low- risk prenatal care. I love caring for all ages and have always had a special interest in preventive care, mental health, and women’s health. I have many different views and approaches to every patient’s wellness as it is important to treat the whole person, addressing not only the physical needs, but the emotional needs as well. Dr. Blake received his Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.
