Heena Shyamani, MD, is a primary care physician that specializes in internal medicine services at Shah Medical Center in Elgin, Illinois. William Crevier, MD, is the Medical Director at The Center for Primary Healthcare in Orland Park, Illinois. He has practiced internal medicine and pediatrics for over three deacdes and cares for patients of all ages: from infants through adults. He maintains his board certification in internal medicine.

Dr. Crevier grew up in Vermont. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He’s an advocate for access to care and served as the founding executive director of two Christian community health centers.
