Born in Canada, Dr. Zoldos attended the University of Waterloo with an undergraduate focus in mechanical engineering. He completed dental school at the University of Toronto, and stayed in Canada for an additional year to complete an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Zoldos then matriculated to Louisiana State University where he completed medical school, a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and two years of General Surgery training.
He then proceeded to the University of Pittsburgh to complete a fellowship in Plastic Surgery, followed by an additional fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery. Dr. Zoldos then worked at the University of Kentucky as an assistant professor for two years before coming to Phoenix. Dr. Zoldos has been an integral member of the Arizona Center for Hand to Shoulder Surgery since its inception in 2000, and is currently a managing partner.
