Sejal received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies with a specialization in internal medicine from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She is nutritarian certified in plant-based nutrition, allowing her to serve a broad patient population. In addition, Sejal is certified in performing nonsurgical cosmetic procedures and is widely known for her attention to detail and fine-tuned skills in this area.

Adam Moskowitz, MD, is an experienced physician at Vantage Medical Associates PC, which has locations in the Bergen Beach, Coney Island, Williamsburg, and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods in Brooklyn, the Far Rockaway neighborhood in Queens, and Brentwood, West Hempstead, and Babylon, New York. Dr. Moskowitz has been in practice for over two decades and has extensive experience in family medicine, internal medicine, and gastroenterology. He currently has hospital privileges at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, and New York Community Hospital of Brooklyn.
Dr. Moskowitz graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, with his bachelor’s degree. He then completed continuing education courses at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, before graduating with his medical degree at Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel. Rajiv Perinbasekar MD, is a gastroenterologist at Westchester Putnam Gastroenterology. He is passionate about providing high quality and personalized care to patients living in Putnam and northern Westchester.
Dr. Perinbasekar received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. During his residency he received awards for his research in inflammatory bowel disease. He then completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Hofstra-Northwell at Northshore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Perinbasekar is knowledgeable in the treatment of digestive diseases of the gastrointestinal system and the liver, including colorectal cancer screening, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and chronic liver disease.
