Dr. Fajardo is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. He finished his residency and chief residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. After his residency, Dr. Fajardo specialized in gastroenterology and hepatology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota, where he also earned an advanced fellowship degree in gastrointestinal motility. Dr. Fajardo’s research interests have included disorders of the bowel associated with spinal cord injury and experimental treatments for other neuropathic gastrointestinal disorders. The results of his research have been presented at national and international meetings.
Dr. Fajardo has been a strong advocate for diagnosing and treating Hepatitis B in the Asian community nationwide through awareness campaigns and national and international media. He has been a promoter and organizer of large regional screenings and benefit events. Dr. Fajardo has also been an advocate for colon cancer screening, promoting the prevention, as well as the early detection of colon cancer within the Las Vegas Valley community.

After residency, Dr. Cremonini specialized in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at BIDMC-Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He has held titles of Assistant Professor of Medicine at BIDMC-Harvard Medical School, Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, in Rochester, Minnesota, Visiting Professor at U.C.L.A., and holds a title of full Professor of Gastroenterology with the Italian Ministry of University (MIUR). Dr. Cremonini is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
