Prior to completing her graduate studies, Andrea worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which motivated her to focus her sights on becoming a dermatology PA.
Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Andrea specialized in gastroenterology at UTMB in League City, TX. She has received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Andrea has a passion for providing a positive bed-side manner to formulate a diagnosis. Her goal is to actively collaborate with her patients to come up with an effective treatment plan that works for each individual patient.
Andrea is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Gulf Coast PA Association. In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, being active, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Norah.

Andrea grew up in Round Rock, TX. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Health. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017.
