Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City. 

Dr. Mannam completed his training in medicine in Madras, India. He earned his medical degree at the Madras Medical College and served his internship at the Madras Medical College General Hospital. 

After spending a year honing his skills as a primary care physician at Kommalapati Nursing Home in Ongole, India, he moved to the United States, where he completed his internal medicine residency at New York’s Montefiore North Medical Center in The Bronx. He has since become a member of the American Medical Association and is board-certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Kuwama graduated from the Tokyo University School of Medicine. She trained in the internal medicine department at the University of Tokyo Hospital. After that, she worked at the former Social Insurance Central Hospital (now Tokyo Yamate Medical Center).

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Jia Park, MD, is a compassionate, board-certified family medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience. She provides high-quality medical care to patients of all socioeconomic backgrounds at her practice, Comprehensive Family Medical Practice in the Bayside neighborhood of Queens, New York. Dr. Park manages all aspects of family medical care, from preventive care to the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

I'm Dr. Valerie Lyon, and it's a pleasure to welcome you to Lyon Primary Care, in Midtown, New York, NY.

The doctor-patient relationship is ideally a long-term collaboration.  You and I work together to help keep you healthy, and if difficulties should arise, we want you to know you can look to us for supportive, attentive and skilled medical care.

Though most of my patients are young women, often new to New York, I also see many others, both male and female, whom I’ve worked with since I started in private practice more than two decades ago.  

I perform many of the same clinical services an internist does, but as a family practitioner, much of my work also involves routine office gynecology, including Pap smears, oral contraceptives and diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases.
