Karsen Delgado is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is bilingual in English and Spanish. She obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Davis Applied Technology College, and her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Weber State University. She served a full time LDS mission to Ecuador, providing nursing services there prior to obtaining her Master's of Science degree at Brigham Young University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of UNP. Her professional experience includes three years providing medical services to patients at Mountainlands Family Health Center, nine years in her own private practice, and five years of nursing in pediatric and geriatric settings.
Karsen has had a personal experience with postpartum mood changes, and several years later became ill with lyme symptoms, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, and neuropathy. She was led to change her diet and lifestyle and ultimately experienced iraculous healing of body, mind and spirit. She is desirous to share what she has learned in the hopes that it can also help others struggling with chronic illness to fully heal.
Karsen also loves helping women and men balance their hormones, improve sleep and attain the lifestyle to live life to the fullest. She is thrilled to be working as a team with Catherine Kipp!

Dr. Woodmansee was born in Colorado and completed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University. He completed his medical education at St. George’s University and graduated in 1988. His residency program was completed at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He is Board Certified in Family Practice AAFP from 1991 through present. He worked at Talbert Medical Group in Orem, Utah from 1995 until 1997 at which time he left to join Cottontree Family Practice.
He has active privileges at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and Timpanogos Regional Hospital

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner that has received extra training in behavioral health. I work with patients four years old and up. I specialize in behavioral health medication management. I use a comprehensive approach to caring for patients and realize that medication is not the only answer for these complaints.
Nikki Reeder is a AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 17 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings from a surgical center to home health to clinic settings. Nikki received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Weber State University and Master's of Science in nursing from Maryville University.
Nikki's work philosophy is to treat the whole patient with high quality of care, empathetic care, and active listening. She has a life long passion for living a healthy lifestyle and being a role model to others. She is a former athlete and loves to lift weights, hike, paddle-board and enjoy's the great outdoors. She believes optimizing hormones can prevent many disease states as well as improve quality of life.
Jenny Castillo is a ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 12 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings from home health care to intensive care. Jenny received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Weber State University and Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
Jenny’s work philosophy is to support each individual in their specific needs. Her purpose is to equip them with the knowledge and tools to be in control of their own health and wellness. She is passionate about living the concepts of wellness in her life and leading by example. As a former athlete and current Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, she understands the importance of optimizing hormones to maintain a high quality of life as the body ages. She believes age should not hold anyone back from their passions or limit achievements.
